[典型人物]宋李翔:以“領頭雁”之姿 守初心 蓄勢行

宋李翔(xiang),中(zhong)共黨員,數(shu)創(chuang)學(xue)院學(xue)工(gong)辦負責人(ren)。雖說是(shi)今年(nian)初從管理學(xue)院輪崗(gang)來(lai)到數(shu)創(chuang)學(xue)院,但從進(jin)校伊(yi)始,宋李翔(xiang)已在學(xue)生管理工(gong)作崗(gang)位辛勤(qin)耕耘九個(ge)年(nian)頭(tou),是(shi)學(xue)校學(xue)工(gong)隊伍中(zhong)品格優秀、勤(qin)勉擔當、經(jing)驗豐富(fu)的中(zhong)堅(jian)力量(liang)。

自“不(bu)忘初心,牢記(ji)使(shi)命(ming)”主(zhu)題(ti)教育工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)開展以來,宋李翔積(ji)極響應(ying)校黨(dang)委和學(xue)(xue)院黨(dang)總支(zhi)(zhi)的(de)號召,根據(ju)學(xue)(xue)校黨(dang)委和學(xue)(xue)院有關“不(bu)忘初心,牢記(ji)使(shi)命(ming)”主(zhu)題(ti)教育統一部署和安排(pai),積(ji)極組織學(xue)(xue)院學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)支(zhi)(zhi)部的(de)各項工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),將黨(dang)建(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)與學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)日常工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)同部署、共落實(shi),找(zhao)準(zhun)基層黨(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)部建(jian)設的(de)重點,扎實(shi)推進各項工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)開展,工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中以身(shen)作(zuo)(zuo)則、身(shen)先士卒、貼近學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)、貼近工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)實(shi)際、貼近工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)隊伍,服務于(yu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)成長成才(cai),展現了學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)部書記(ji)應(ying)有的(de)風采。

“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

宋李翔老師工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中敢于擔當,身先(xian)士卒(zu),高(gao)度自律(lv)。每(mei)天早(zao)上提前一(yi)個(ge)小時趕到學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校開(kai)始工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),下午最后一(yi)個(ge)離開(kai)辦公(gong)室,關愛團(tuan)隊(dui)成(cheng)員,注(zhu)重學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)隊(dui)伍內部建(jian)設(she),通過(guo)專題(ti)研討、團(tuan)隊(dui)成(cheng)員談(tan)心談(tan)話、團(tuan)隊(dui)活動等(deng)方式為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)辦營造(zao)出(chu)團(tuan)結(jie)協作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),拼(pin)搏奉獻的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)氛圍。每(mei)周2次實(shi)地(di)檢查(cha)新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早(zao)修情況,及(ji)時向新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔導員反饋早(zao)晚修情況。積極(ji)(ji)通過(guo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)對一(yi)談(tan)話、走(zou)訪(fang)(fang)宿(su)舍(she)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代表座談(tan)等(deng)形式傾聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲(sheng)音,了解(jie)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想(xiang)動態,及(ji)時為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排憂解(jie)難。自開(kai)展主題(ti)教(jiao)育工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)以(yi)來(lai),主持學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座談(tan)會2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)對一(yi)談(tan)話80人次,宿(su)舍(she)走(zou)訪(fang)(fang)4次。工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中能(neng)(neng)根據(ju)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專業和培養特點,有(you)針對性的(de)(de)(de)(de)開(kai)展學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活動,與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打(da)成(cheng)一(yi)片,將活動育人、文化育人理念落實(shi)到位。同時對學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業后進(jin)(jin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕不放(fang)棄引(yin)導教(jiao)育,而是(shi)通過(guo)嚴要求,敢碰(peng)硬(ying)的(de)(de)(de)(de)態度與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家長、班主任、輔導員一(yi)起進(jin)(jin)行后進(jin)(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)育引(yin)導。羅馬城不是(shi)一(yi)天建(jian)成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de),一(yi)流的(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)團(tuan)隊(dui)建(jian)設(she)也不是(shi)一(yi)朝一(yi)夕(xi),唯有(you)通過(guo)嚴于律(lv)己的(de)(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)風(feng)和正能(neng)(neng)量的(de)(de)(de)(de)積極(ji)(ji)傳遞才能(neng)(neng)讓(rang)新(xin)時期學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支部的(de)(de)(de)(de)建(jian)設(she)與(yu)時俱(ju)進(jin)(jin),勇往(wang)直前。
