[理念創新] 圖書文化到書香校園再到文化育人

  圖(tu)書(shu)特有(you)的文化(hua)(hua)底蘊和文化(hua)(hua)地(di)位,對(dui)整個社會的文化(hua)(hua)大發展,甚而(er)對(dui)經(jing)濟、科(ke)研、社會文明等方面的進步起著舉足輕重的作(zuo)用。圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)作(zuo)為(wei)古今(jin)中外(wai)最重要(yao)的藏書(shu)場所(suo)、文化(hua)(hua)天(tian)地(di),肩(jian)負著特別的文化(hua)(hua)使(shi)命(ming)和任(ren)務(wu)。高校圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)在為(wei)教(jiao)學科(ke)研服務(wu)的同時,更有(you)著直接參與文化(hua)(hua)育人(ren)的重要(yao)使(shi)命(ming)。

  技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

  培養“復合式創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)型(xing)高(gao)素(su)質高(gao)技(ji)能人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才”,是新(xin)(xin)時期(qi)對職(zhi)(zhi)業院(yuan)校(xiao)提出(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)要求,符(fu)合市場對新(xin)(xin)型(xing)技(ji)能人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)變化,也切合技(ji)能人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才未來發展的(de)(de)(de)方(fang)向。全(quan)面推進“文(wen)(wen)化育人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)、復合育人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)、協同育人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)”人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才培養模式改革,對職(zhi)(zhi)業院(yuan)校(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)發展與教育教學(xue)提出(chu)(chu)了(le)新(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)挑戰,也說明了(le)新(xin)(xin)型(xing)技(ji)能人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才培育的(de)(de)(de)復雜性(xing)。作為傳統的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化主體部門、教學(xue)輔助單位,圖書(shu)館理(li)當主動參與到文(wen)(wen)化育人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)工作中。

  文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰

  深入(ru)落實“文(wen)化(hua)育人”的人才培(pei)養理念,一(yi)方(fang)面要求(qiu)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)化(hua)升(sheng)華(hua)拓展,衍進到書(shu)(shu)(shu)香文(wen)化(hua),進而推動書(shu)(shu)(shu)香校園,促進校園文(wen)化(hua)大發(fa)展,另一(yi)方(fang)面也從文(wen)化(hua)建(jian)設的角度(du)對圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館的具體工(gong)作提出了新的要求(qiu)。

  1、豐(feng)富文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)——夯(hang)實文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)根基(ji)。資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she)是圖書(shu)館(guan)永恒的(de)主(zhu)題,今后應有(you)三個(ge)轉變,一(yi)(yi)是重視(shi)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)內涵,二是要(yao)優化(hua)(hua)結構,三是重點抓好特色資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she)。圖書(shu)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she)實則(ze)是文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she),是書(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)與(yu)(yu)校園文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)發展(zhan)的(de)基(ji)礎。為形成資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)的(de)針對(dui)性(xing)、有(you)效(xiao)性(xing)與(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)特色,應進一(yi)(yi)步與(yu)(yu)學校各部門(men)及校外單位合作,加強合作資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)、特色資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she),加強文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題如職業素養(yang)、地方文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)、高職文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)的(de)收(shou)藏(zang),一(yi)(yi)旦形成規模,就進行歸納整理,集(ji)中收(shou)藏(zang),建(jian)(jian)立專(zhuan)(zhuan)題文(wen)(wen)(wen)庫。日常采購(gou)中,應有(you)意識(shi)地進行專(zhuan)(zhuan)題采購(gou),形成特色文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)藏(zang)書(shu)。也可發揮博物館(guan)功能,收(shou)集(ji)地方文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)料(liao)、非物質遺產,接受(shou)私人專(zhuan)(zhuan)題藏(zang)品,形成專(zhuan)(zhuan)題數據(ju)庫或特藏(zang)室(shi)。

  2、優(you)化(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)——延伸文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)魅力。圖(tu)書館(guan)(guan)是服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)機(ji)構,傳(chuan)統圖(tu)書館(guan)(guan)的(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)比較簡單(dan),而(er)現代圖(tu)書館(guan)(guan)的(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)應更(geng)注重(zhong)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)性,通過服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)影響師(shi)生,通過文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)來(lai)育人。優(you)化(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)關(guan)鍵(jian)要做(zuo)到服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)多樣化(hua)(hua)、個(ge)性化(hua)(hua),日常應建立一套基本的(de)能(neng)滿足(zu)讀者(zhe)需(xu)求的(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)體系(xi),在(zai)此(ci)基礎上(shang),要強化(hua)(hua)專業(ye)圖(tu)書文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),開展文(wen)(wen)獻信(xin)息的(de)個(ge)性化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),滿足(zu)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)或重(zhong)點(dian)團隊在(zai)縱深層次的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)學科研活動中對(dui)文(wen)(wen)獻信(xin)息的(de)個(ge)性需(xu)求,其次要在(zai)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)細(xi)節、服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)態度(du)、服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)方法上(shang)下功(gong)夫,引進新(xin)技術讓服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)效率更(geng)高,服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)范圍更(geng)廣,如微博、短信(xin)、聊天(tian)群(qun)、手(shou)機(ji)圖(tu)書館(guan)(guan)、虛擬圖(tu)書館(guan)(guan)等(deng),促進與讀者(zhe)的(de)信(xin)息交(jiao)流,文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)互(hu)動。

  3、廣開(kai)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)(dong)——拓(tuo)寬文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)平臺。圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)是校園師生(sheng)最重要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)聚集之地。面(mian)向未來,我們提出(chu)除(chu)了(le)要(yao)(yao)把(ba)(ba)圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)建(jian)成(cheng)資源信息中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)之外,還要(yao)(yao)建(jian)成(cheng)學(xue)習交流中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)(dong)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)和宣傳(chuan)教育中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin),實現由傳(chuan)統大學(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)向一流、現代、新型(xing)大學(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)轉(zhuan)型(xing)。這種轉(zhuan)型(xing)實際(ji)上賦予圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)更多的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)功能,不(bu)斷拓(tuo)寬圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)(dong)平臺,成(cheng)為學(xue)校育人的(de)(de)重要(yao)(yao)渠道。近年來,圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)在做(zuo)好常規服(fu)務的(de)(de)同時,大量舉辦主(zhu)題文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)展(zhan)覽、館(guan)(guan)藏推介、閱讀沙龍(long)、專題講座、書(shu)評競賽(sai)和技能比賽(sai)等,保(bao)持了(le)館(guan)(guan)內每月有新的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)展(zhan)示與(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)頻(pin)率,通過(guo)教師的(de)(de)讀書(shu)俱樂部與(yu)(yu)學(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)讀者協會,與(yu)(yu)師生(sheng)建(jian)立(li)了(le)廣泛(fan)的(de)(de)聯系。以后,圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)要(yao)(yao)不(bu)斷把(ba)(ba)館(guan)(guan)內各類文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活動(dong)(dong)搞(gao)好搞(gao)精彩,還要(yao)(yao)走出(chu)館(guan)(guan)舍(she),深入校園,并(bing)且走出(chu)校門,配(pei)合教學(xue)活動(dong)(dong)或師生(sheng)的(de)(de)專題活動(dong)(dong),開(kai)展(zhan)書(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務。
