技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充
培養“復(fu)合式創新型(xing)(xing)高(gao)素質高(gao)技能(neng)人(ren)才(cai)(cai)”,是(shi)新時(shi)期對(dui)職(zhi)業院校(xiao)(xiao)提(ti)出的(de)(de)新要(yao)求,符合市場對(dui)新型(xing)(xing)技能(neng)人(ren)才(cai)(cai)的(de)(de)新變(bian)化(hua),也切(qie)合技能(neng)人(ren)才(cai)(cai)未(wei)來發展的(de)(de)方向。全(quan)面(mian)推進“文(wen)化(hua)育人(ren)、復(fu)合育人(ren)、協同育人(ren)”人(ren)才(cai)(cai)培養模式改革,對(dui)職(zhi)業院校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)發展與(yu)教(jiao)育教(jiao)學提(ti)出了(le)新的(de)(de)挑(tiao)戰,也說(shuo)明(ming)了(le)新型(xing)(xing)技能(neng)人(ren)才(cai)(cai)培育的(de)(de)復(fu)雜性。作為(wei)傳統的(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)主體(ti)部門、教(jiao)學輔助單位(wei),圖(tu)書館理(li)當(dang)主動參與(yu)到文(wen)化(hua)育人(ren)工作中。

文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰
深入落實“文(wen)化(hua)(hua)育人”的人才培養(yang)理念,一方面(mian)要(yao)求圖書(shu)(shu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)升華拓展,衍(yan)進(jin)到書(shu)(shu)香文(wen)化(hua)(hua),進(jin)而推(tui)動書(shu)(shu)香校園(yuan),促進(jin)校園(yuan)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)大(da)發展,另一方面(mian)也(ye)從文(wen)化(hua)(hua)建(jian)設的角度(du)對(dui)圖書(shu)(shu)館的具體工作(zuo)提出了新的要(yao)求。
1、豐富(fu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)——夯實(shi)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)根(gen)基(ji)。資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she)是(shi)圖書(shu)館(guan)永(yong)恒的(de)主題(ti)(ti),今后應有三(san)個轉變,一(yi)是(shi)重(zhong)視資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)內涵,二是(shi)要優(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)結構,三(san)是(shi)重(zhong)點抓好特(te)色資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she)。圖書(shu)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she)實(shi)則是(shi)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she),是(shi)書(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)與(yu)(yu)校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)發展的(de)基(ji)礎。為形(xing)成資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)針對(dui)性(xing)、有效性(xing)與(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)特(te)色,應進一(yi)步(bu)與(yu)(yu)學校(xiao)(xiao)各部門及校(xiao)(xiao)外單位合作(zuo),加強合作(zuo)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、特(te)色資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she),加強文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)如(ru)職業素養(yang)、地方文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、高職文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)收藏(zang)(zang),一(yi)旦形(xing)成規模,就進行歸納整理,集(ji)中收藏(zang)(zang),建(jian)立專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)文(wen)(wen)庫(ku)。日常采(cai)購(gou)中,應有意識地進行專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)采(cai)購(gou),形(xing)成特(te)色文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)藏(zang)(zang)書(shu)。也可發揮博物館(guan)功能,收集(ji)地方文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)料、非物質遺產,接受私人(ren)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)藏(zang)(zang)品,形(xing)成專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)數據庫(ku)或(huo)特(te)藏(zang)(zang)室。
2、優化(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)——延伸文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)魅力。圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館是服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)機構(gou),傳統圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館的(de)(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)比(bi)較簡單(dan),而(er)現代圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館的(de)(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)應(ying)更注重(zhong)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)性(xing),通(tong)過(guo)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)影響(xiang)師生,通(tong)過(guo)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)來育人。優化(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)關鍵要(yao)做到服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)(de)多樣化(hua)(hua)(hua)、個(ge)性(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua),日常應(ying)建(jian)立一套(tao)基(ji)本(ben)的(de)(de)(de)能滿足(zu)讀者(zhe)需求(qiu)的(de)(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)體(ti)系,在(zai)此基(ji)礎上(shang),要(yao)強(qiang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)專業圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu),開(kai)展文(wen)(wen)獻信息(xi)的(de)(de)(de)個(ge)性(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu),滿足(zu)教師或重(zhong)點團隊(dui)在(zai)縱深層次的(de)(de)(de)教學科研活動(dong)中(zhong)對(dui)文(wen)(wen)獻信息(xi)的(de)(de)(de)個(ge)性(xing)需求(qiu),其次要(yao)在(zai)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)細節、服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)態度(du)、服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)方法上(shang)下功夫,引(yin)進新技術讓服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)效率更高,服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)范(fan)圍(wei)更廣(guang),如微博、短信、聊天群(qun)、手機圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館、虛擬圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館等,促進與讀者(zhe)的(de)(de)(de)信息(xi)交流,文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)互動(dong)。
3、廣(guang)開文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)動——拓(tuo)(tuo)寬文(wen)(wen)化(hua)平臺(tai)。圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)是校(xiao)(xiao)園師生最(zui)重(zhong)要的(de)(de)聚集之(zhi)地。面向未來,我們提出(chu)除了(le)要把(ba)圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)建(jian)成資源信(xin)息中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)之(zhi)外,還要建(jian)成學習交流中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)、文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)動中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)和宣傳(chuan)教育中(zhong)心(xin)(xin),實(shi)現由傳(chuan)統大(da)學圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)向一(yi)流、現代、新型大(da)學圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)轉型。這種(zhong)轉型實(shi)際(ji)上賦予圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)更多(duo)的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)功能,不(bu)斷拓(tuo)(tuo)寬圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)動平臺(tai),成為學校(xiao)(xiao)育人的(de)(de)重(zhong)要渠道。近(jin)年來,圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)在做好常規服務的(de)(de)同時,大(da)量(liang)舉(ju)辦(ban)主題(ti)(ti)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)展(zhan)(zhan)覽(lan)、館(guan)(guan)藏(zang)推介、閱讀(du)沙龍、專題(ti)(ti)講座、書(shu)(shu)評競賽和技能比賽等,保(bao)持(chi)了(le)館(guan)(guan)內(nei)每月有新的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)展(zhan)(zhan)示與(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)動的(de)(de)頻率,通過教師的(de)(de)讀(du)書(shu)(shu)俱樂部與(yu)學生的(de)(de)讀(du)者(zhe)協會(hui),與(yu)師生建(jian)立了(le)廣(guang)泛的(de)(de)聯系(xi)。以后,圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)要不(bu)斷把(ba)館(guan)(guan)內(nei)各類文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)動搞好搞精(jing)彩,還要走出(chu)館(guan)(guan)舍(she),深入校(xiao)(xiao)園,并且走出(chu)校(xiao)(xiao)門,配(pei)合教學活(huo)動或師生的(de)(de)專題(ti)(ti)活(huo)動,開展(zhan)(zhan)書(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)化(hua)服務。

文(wen)化(hua)(hua)育人(ren)(ren)與(yu)協(xie)(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)育人(ren)(ren)、復(fu)合(he)(he)育人(ren)(ren)是(shi)(shi)緊密聯(lian)系的(de)(de)(de)(de)。新(xin)(xin)時(shi)期(qi)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)育人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)創新(xin)(xin),關(guan)鍵也(ye)在(zai)(zai)(zai)于協(xie)(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)。協(xie)(xie),即協(xie)(xie)調(diao)、協(xie)(xie)作(zuo)(zuo)、協(xie)(xie)助,強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)調(diao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)合(he)(he)作(zuo)(zuo)、互(hu)助、配(pei)合(he)(he),是(shi)(shi)相互(hu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)支持(chi)與(yu)補充。同(tong)(tong)(tong),即同(tong)(tong)(tong)行、同(tong)(tong)(tong)心(xin)、同(tong)(tong)(tong)力(li)(li),強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)調(diao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)共同(tong)(tong)(tong)行動(dong)、共同(tong)(tong)(tong)目標、共同(tong)(tong)(tong)利益,齊心(xin)協(xie)(xie)力(li)(li)。協(xie)(xie)與(yu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)結(jie)合(he)(he),注重的(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)整體(ti)創新(xin)(xin),系統創新(xin)(xin),強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)調(diao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)全員力(li)(li)量,相互(hu)配(pei)合(he)(he)。協(xie)(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)創新(xin)(xin)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)育人(ren)(ren)工作(zuo)(zuo),首(shou)先要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)準確定位(wei),不(bu)越位(wei)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)學校(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)總體(ti)創新(xin)(xin)工作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong),圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)是(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)做(zuo)好(hao)配(pei)角(jiao)(jiao),做(zuo)好(hao)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)信息(xi)基礎資(zi)源(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)保障服務(wu)。能保持(chi)清(qing)醒的(de)(de)(de)(de)頭腦(nao),又(you)持(chi)有熱情(qing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)態度(du),認真(zhen)做(zuo)好(hao)自身工作(zuo)(zuo)。其次要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)謀求主(zhu)動(dong),不(bu)被動(dong)。創新(xin)(xin)過程(cheng)(cheng)是(shi)(shi)一(yi)個(ge)復(fu)雜的(de)(de)(de)(de)相互(hu)聯(lian)動(dong)時(shi)常動(dong)態變化(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)過程(cheng)(cheng),在(zai)(zai)(zai)某一(yi)方面某一(yi)時(shi)刻,創新(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)角(jiao)(jiao)度(du)、主(zhu)體(ti)可能會(hui)發(fa)(fa)生變化(hua)(hua),配(pei)角(jiao)(jiao)也(ye)可能變為(wei)主(zhu)角(jiao)(jiao)。從系統工程(cheng)(cheng)看(kan),任何一(yi)個(ge)部分都(dou)是(shi)(shi)非常重要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de),配(pei)角(jiao)(jiao)或輔助的(de)(de)(de)(de)工作(zuo)(zuo)沒做(zuo)好(hao),必將影響整個(ge)創新(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)效果。同(tong)(tong)(tong)時(shi),在(zai)(zai)(zai)協(xie)(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)創新(xin)(xin)中(zhong)還有一(yi)個(ge)工作(zuo)(zuo)態度(du)問題(ti),對(dui)(dui)配(pei)角(jiao)(jiao)或輔助單位(wei)來說,我們應(ying)當(dang)(dang)持(chi)一(yi)種主(zhu)動(dong)、積(ji)極的(de)(de)(de)(de)態度(du)參與(yu)創新(xin)(xin)。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)資(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she)應(ying)當(dang)(dang)是(shi)(shi)主(zhu)動(dong)溝通(tong)教學科(ke)研人(ren)(ren)員,主(zhu)動(dong)聽取使用(yong)主(zhu)體(ti)意(yi)見,主(zhu)動(dong)建(jian)(jian)設(she)。對(dui)(dui)外(wai)服務(wu)應(ying)當(dang)(dang)主(zhu)動(dong)走出去,主(zhu)動(dong)、熱情(qing)為(wei)讀者服務(wu)。再(zai)次要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)內(nei)外(wai)聯(lian)動(dong),不(bu)亂動(dong),相互(hu)協(xie)(xie)作(zuo)(zuo)配(pei)合(he)(he)。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)在(zai)(zai)(zai)館(guan)(guan)內(nei)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)把各項工作(zuo)(zuo)做(zuo)好(hao),提高效率,增進(jin)(jin)活(huo)力(li)(li),還要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)與(yu)校(xiao)內(nei)各學院部門(men)聯(lian)動(dong),搞好(hao)資(zi)源(yuan)、環境與(yu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)建(jian)(jian)設(she)。同(tong)(tong)(tong)時(shi)還要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)經常與(yu)本系統、與(yu)兄弟(di)院校(xiao)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)、專業(ye)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)、公共圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)加強(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)溝通(tong),交流經驗,共同(tong)(tong)(tong)促進(jin)(jin)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)事業(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)復(fu)合(he)(he)式創新(xin)(xin)型高素質高技能人(ren)(ren)才培養模式的(de)(de)(de)(de)改革(ge)中(zhong),圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)需要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)融入到學校(xiao)乃至省市(shi)、國(guo)家的(de)(de)(de)(de)協(xie)(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)創新(xin)(xin)大(da)平臺(tai)中(zhong)去,發(fa)(fa)揮著(zhu)自身的(de)(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)。平臺(tai)有變化(hua)(hua),創新(xin)(xin)無(wu)止境。不(bu)管(guan)是(shi)(shi)橫向縱向,不(bu)管(guan)是(shi)(shi)內(nei)部外(wai)部,不(bu)管(guan)是(shi)(shi)主(zhu)體(ti)任務(wu)還是(shi)(shi)輔助工作(zuo)(zuo),圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)都(dou)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)牢固樹立協(xie)(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)意(yi)識、創新(xin)(xin)意(yi)識、文(wen)化(hua)(hua)育人(ren)(ren)意(yi)識,做(zuo)好(hao)自己的(de)(de)(de)(de)工作(zuo)(zuo),做(zuo)出應(ying)有的(de)(de)(de)(de)貢獻。
