為深(shen)入推進學校數字(zi)化轉型(xing),高(gao)(gao)質量落(luo)實好(hao)“雙高(gao)(gao)”建設各項任務,6月28日,深(shen)圳職(zhi)業(ye)技術學院舉行黨委理論學習(xi)(xi)中心組(zu)(擴大)學習(xi)(xi)會(hui)(hui)(hui),特別(bie)邀請全國(guo)政協委員、中國(guo)職(zhi)業(ye)技術教育(yu)學會(hui)(hui)(hui)會(hui)(hui)(hui)長(chang)(chang)(chang)、教育(yu)部(bu)原副部(bu)長(chang)(chang)(chang)魯(lu)昕在京聯線,作題為《人工智能與經濟學:“雙高(gao)(gao)”建設全新(xin)領(ling)域(yu)的全面建設》專題報告(gao)。會(hui)(hui)(hui)議由(you)校黨委書記、校長(chang)(chang)(chang)楊欣斌主持(chi)。

習近平總書記高度重視(shi)人(ren)工(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)發(fa)展(zhan),認(ren)為“人(ren)工(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)是(shi)引(yin)領新一輪科技(ji)革命(ming)和產業(ye)變革的重要(yao)驅動力”,“把握全球人(ren)工(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)發(fa)展(zhan)態勢,找準突破口和主攻方向,培養(yang)大批具(ju)有(you)創(chuang)新能(neng)力和合作精神(shen)的人(ren)工(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)高端人(ren)才是(shi)教(jiao)育的重要(yao)使命(ming)”。

魯昕(xin)列(lie)舉了(le)人社部發布的(de)數字(zi)經濟(ji)背(bei)景(jing)下市場需(xu)求迫切(qie)的(de)39個新(xin)職業(ye)(ye),通(tong)(tong)過分析(xi)新(xin)職業(ye)(ye)、新(xin)知識(shi)、新(xin)技(ji)術、新(xin)技(ji)能(neng),突顯(xian)出工(gong)作(zuo)場景(jing)變化(hua)對“雙高”專業(ye)(ye)建設(she)提(ti)出的(de)要(yao)求。最(zui)后,魯昕(xin)通(tong)(tong)過對工(gong)信(xin)部人才交流(liu)中心發布的(de)《工(gong)業(ye)(ye)互(hu)(hu)聯網產(chan)業(ye)(ye)人才崗(gang)位能(neng)力要(yao)求》分析(xi),展(zhan)示了(le)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)互(hu)(hu)聯網產(chan)業(ye)(ye)人才8個方向41個崗(gang)位的(de)4項能(neng)力要(yao)求,系統(tong)總結了(le)人工(gong)智能(neng)發展(zhan)對高等教育動手能(neng)力數字(zi)化(hua)和實(shi)訓基地虛擬化(hua)轉型的(de)呼喚。

魯昕(xin)希望,在“雙(shuang)區”建(jian)設(she)的(de)(de)(de)背景下,“雙(shuang)高”建(jian)設(she)的(de)(de)(de)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),深職院作(zuo)為“雙(shuang)高”中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)“雙(shuang)高”,要(yao)充分(fen)探討如(ru)何在粵港(gang)澳大(da)灣區的(de)(de)(de)政策環境(jing)、在新一(yi)代信(xin)息技術(shu)的(de)(de)(de)創新文化、在深職院的(de)(de)(de)工科(ke)特色(se)中(zhong)發(fa)揮(hui)積極(ji)作(zuo)用,構(gou)建(jian)新知識體(ti)系(xi),構(gou)建(jian)新課程(cheng)體(ti)系(xi),顛(dian)覆專業(ye)結構(gou),培養復合性人才,成為名副其實(shi)的(de)(de)(de)世(shi)界(jie)一(yi)流職業(ye)技術(shu)學院。

楊欣斌(bin)在總結(jie)中表示,魯昕會(hui)(hui)長的(de)報(bao)告站位高(gao)遠、視野開(kai)闊,理論深厚、邏輯嚴密,觀點鮮明、素材豐富(fu),聚焦問題(ti)、貼近實際,特別(bie)是結(jie)合(he)我(wo)校“雙高(gao)”建設(she)、專業(ye)設(she)置和產教融(rong)合(he)的(de)情況提出具(ju)體的(de)指導(dao)意(yi)見(jian),對(dui)于(yu)推動學校數字化(hua)轉型,落實好(hao)“雙高(gao)”建設(she),科學謀劃(hua)“十四五”期(qi)間(jian)的(de)思路(lu)和舉措,具(ju)有(you)重要(yao)的(de)指導(dao)意(yi)義。楊欣斌(bin)要(yao)求各單位深刻領會(hui)(hui)、深入(ru)研究魯昕會(hui)(hui)長的(de)報(bao)告精神(shen),結(jie)合(he)實際抓好(hao)貫徹落實,努力(li)在“雙高(gao)”建設(she)中走在前列(lie),爭(zheng)當職業(ye)教育創新發展的(de)先行者。

整場(chang)報告歷時(shi)兩個半小時(shi),全校共300余人(ren)參加學(xue)習(xi),其中,全體專業主(zhu)(zhu)任、教(jiao)研室(shi)主(zhu)(zhu)任、實訓室(shi)主(zhu)(zhu)任在(zai)會場(chang)進行集中學(xue)習(xi);全體校領導、黨(dang)委委員,全體中層(ceng)干部通過騰訊會議系(xi)統進行線(xian)上學(xue)習(xi)。
