我校舉辦全國職業院校勞動教育導師研修班

為深入貫徹德(de)智體美(mei)勞(lao)全面(mian)發展(zhan)的黨的教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)方針,全面(mian)落(luo)實《中(zhong)共(gong)中(zhong)央 國務院(yuan)關(guan)于全面(mian)加強新時代大中(zhong)小學(xue)勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的意見》精神,大力(li)提(ti)升(sheng)高(gao)等職(zhi)業院(yuan)校學(xue)生勞(lao)動(dong)素養,形成(cheng)體現時代要(yao)求、符(fu)合育(yu)(yu)人規(gui)律、彰顯高(gao)職(zhi)院(yuan)校特(te)色的勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)體系(xi)(xi),8月25日(ri)至8月28日(ri),由我校和中(zhong)國勞(lao)動(dong)關(guan)系(xi)(xi)學(xue)院(yuan)勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)中(zhong)心主辦、創想家科(ke)技教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(深圳)有限公司協辦的2020年全國職(zhi)業院(yuan)校勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)導(dao)師研修(xiu)班(中(zhong)級),在(zai)線上(shang)會議平(ping)臺(tai)成(cheng)功舉辦。

為優化勞動教育(yu)師資供給,本次教師培訓(xun)除了(le)邀(yao)請勞動教育(yu)領域相(xiang)關知名學者外,基于勞動教育(yu)本身特質,還邀(yao)請了(le)企業代表擔任(ren)課程授課講師。共有來自廣東(dong)、廣西(xi)、貴州、湖(hu)南、江蘇、內(nei)蒙古、陜西(xi)、浙江等14所職業院校(xiao)近30名老師參加(jia)培訓(xun)。

 培訓期(qi)間(jian),學(xue)(xue)員(yuan)們(men)分別觀摩了中國(guo)(guo)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關系(xi)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)劉麗紅(hong)副(fu)校長(chang)、我(wo)校人文學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)張克副(fu)院(yuan)(yuan)長(chang)、中國(guo)(guo)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關系(xi)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)黨印副(fu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授(shou)、中國(guo)(guo)美(mei)術(shu)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)杜銘秋副(fu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授(shou)、優必選人工(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研負責人郭(guo)子琦、中國(guo)(guo)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關系(xi)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)李珂教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授(shou)、廣(guang)東海涵律師事務所主(zhu)任(ren)律師吳小波主(zhu)講的(de)(de)“勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)歷(li)史演變、政(zheng)策解讀與(yu)(yu)趨勢”“勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)導(dao)(dao)師的(de)(de)職責與(yu)(yu)倫理——如何更好的(de)(de)理解體面(mian)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)”“職業(ye)院(yuan)(yuan)校勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)導(dao)(dao)師的(de)(de)素質能力(li)提升”“職業(ye)院(yuan)(yuan)校勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)課程(cheng)設(she)計——臺(tai)灣勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)發展與(yu)(yu)實踐”“人工(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能時代下的(de)(de)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)”“職業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)與(yu)(yu)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)融合機(ji)制”“勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)中的(de)(de)安(an)全風險與(yu)(yu)應對政(zheng)策”七堂課。專(zhuan)家(jia)們(men)表示(shi),隨(sui)著勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)相(xiang)關政(zheng)策的(de)(de)進一步(bu)推動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)將(jiang)更加專(zhuan)業(ye)化(hua)且惠及更多(duo)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng),勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)師資(zi)則面(mian)臨極大的(de)(de)挑戰。從長(chang)遠來看,應開設(she)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)相(xiang)關專(zhuan)業(ye),培養勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)專(zhuan)業(ye)人才。短期(qi)內(nei),應根據學(xue)(xue)校目前師資(zi)情況采取(qu)多(duo)種措施,建(jian)立(li)專(zhuan)兼職相(xiang)結合的(de)(de)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)師資(zi)隊伍。

同(tong)時,為深(shen)入了解目前高職院(yuan)校(xiao)勞(lao)動教育(yu)開展情況,今年3月,我校(xiao)聯(lian)合創(chuang)想家教育(yu)科技(深(shen)圳)有(you)(you)限公司,對覆蓋生(sheng)(sheng)源地30個省、自(zi)治區、直轄市的學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)及來(lai)自(zi)全(quan)國14所高職院(yuan)校(xiao)的老師開展《全(quan)國高職院(yuan)校(xiao)勞(lao)動教育(yu)現狀調查報告藍皮(pi)書》專(zhuan)項問卷調研(yan)。經過5個月的立項、調研(yan)論證、問卷發放及回收、電話訪(fang)談記錄(lu)、數據(ju)清洗與甄別等,共回收有(you)(you)效教師問卷221份,學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)問卷2101份,教師訪(fang)談記錄(lu)25份。

調研(yan)專家組成員范(fan)苗就(jiu)調研(yan)報告(gao)中學生素養現(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)、目(mu)前(qian)(qian)勞(lao)動教育(yu)開展現(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)及(ji)(ji)問(wen)題(ti)、師資建(jian)設現(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)及(ji)(ji)問(wen)題(ti)、勞(lao)動教育(yu)與實(shi)習實(shi)訓相結合的現(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)及(ji)(ji)問(wen)題(ti)、勞(lao)動教育(yu)與校園文(wen)化建(jian)設相結合的現(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)及(ji)(ji)問(wen)題(ti)、勞(lao)動教育(yu)與社(she)會服務相結合的現(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)及(ji)(ji)問(wen)題(ti)等內容(rong)進行(xing)分享,讓研(yan)修班的學員們從(cong)數據中更科學更全面的了解目(mu)前(qian)(qian)勞(lao)動教育(yu)在高職院校中開展的情況。

研修班4天的(de)課程(cheng)涵蓋勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育理論知識(shi)、相關政(zheng)策導讀(du)、實際課程(cheng)案例(li)分析、勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)相關法律知識(shi)普及、人(ren)工(gong)(gong)智能下的(de)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育等(deng)多個方面(mian),最后以電子考(kao)卷的(de)形(xing)式對學(xue)員們(men)進(jin)行考(kao)核(he)。參訓(xun)(xun)學(xue)員紛(fen)紛(fen)表示,將以本(ben)次研究班為新的(de)起點,進(jin)一步加強理論學(xue)習(xi),重塑勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育觀,為所屬高職院校開(kai)展勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育工(gong)(gong)作貢獻(xian)力量;并希望這樣(yang)的(de)培訓(xun)(xun)能夠(gou)制度化、常態(tai)化,進(jin)一步豐(feng)富(fu)培訓(xun)(xun)內容,在條件允(yun)許(xu)的(de)情況下,安排線(xian)下培訓(xun)(xun)課,加入(ru)動(dong)(dong)手實踐實操(cao)環節,將勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)精神(shen)貫(guan)穿師資培訓(xun)(xun)始終。
