我校智能科學與工程研究院喜獲2項國家重點研發計劃項目資助

近日,科技部正式(shi)公(gong)布了(le)2018年(nian)國(guo)家(jia)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)(dian)研(yan)(yan)發計(ji)劃(hua)“網絡協同制(zhi)造和智(zhi)能(neng)工廠”重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)(dian)專(zhuan)項(xiang)立項(xiang)資助名(ming)單。我校智(zhi)能(neng)科學與(yu)(yu)工程研(yan)(yan)究院(yuan)聯合申報的(de)“智(zhi)能(neng)工廠工業互聯網系(xi)統理論與(yu)(yu)技術(shu)(2018YFB1700100)”和“面向智(zhi)能(neng)工廠動態生產(chan)的(de)實時優化運行技術(shu)與(yu)(yu)系(xi)統(2018YFB1701100)”2個項(xiang)目均獲得(de)立項(xiang)。這(zhe)是繼獲批國(guo)家(jia)智(zhi)能(neng)制(zhi)造重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)大專(zhuan)項(xiang)之后(hou),研(yan)(yan)究院(yuan)在國(guo)家(jia)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)大科技項(xiang)目立項(xiang)上的(de)又一(yi)(yi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)要突破;系(xi)國(guo)家(jia)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)(dian)研(yan)(yan)發計(ji)劃(hua)實施以來,我校首次作為承(cheng)擔單位(wei)之一(yi)(yi)獲得(de)立項(xiang),并實現雙豐收。

據悉,我校智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)科(ke)(ke)學(xue)(xue)與(yu)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)研究(jiu)院將承擔其(qi)中(zhong)的2項課(ke)題任務,科(ke)(ke)研骨(gu)干(gan)人員還包括來自機電工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)學(xue)(xue)院、智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)制(zhi)造技術研究(jiu)院和電信學(xue)(xue)院的多位(wei)(wei)老(lao)師。此外,其(qi)他聯合(he)申報(bao)單位(wei)(wei)有清華(hua)(hua)大學(xue)(xue)、中(zhong)南大學(xue)(xue)、大連(lian)理工(gong)大學(xue)(xue)、華(hua)(hua)東理工(gong)大學(xue)(xue)、中(zhong)科(ke)(ke)院沈陽自動化研究(jiu)所、上海交通大學(xue)(xue)等一流(liu)高(gao)校和研究(jiu)機構,反映了學(xue)(xue)校在(zai)前沿科(ke)(ke)學(xue)(xue)和重大工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)應用研發(fa)能(neng)(neng)力的顯著提升。

國家重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)研(yan)發(fa)計劃(hua)(hua)(hua)是“十三五”國家科(ke)(ke)技(ji)(ji)計劃(hua)(hua)(hua)管理(li)改革后實施的(de)最新(xin)(xin)項目管理(li)計劃(hua)(hua)(hua),是我國現行最高(gao)級別的(de)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)大(da)(da)項目層(ceng)次,由原來的(de)863計劃(hua)(hua)(hua)、973計劃(hua)(hua)(hua)、國家科(ke)(ke)技(ji)(ji)支撐計劃(hua)(hua)(hua)等重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)大(da)(da)科(ke)(ke)技(ji)(ji)項目整合而成。它定位于重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)大(da)(da)科(ke)(ke)學問(wen)題、重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)大(da)(da)共性關(guan)鍵(jian)(jian)(jian)技(ji)(ji)術和(he)產品、重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)大(da)(da)國際科(ke)(ke)技(ji)(ji)合作(zuo)(zuo),旨在瞄準(zhun)解決國民(min)經(jing)濟和(he)社(she)會發(fa)展各(ge)主要領域的(de)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)大(da)(da)、核心、關(guan)鍵(jian)(jian)(jian)科(ke)(ke)技(ji)(ji)問(wen)題。“網絡(luo)(luo)(luo)協同制(zhi)造(zao)和(he)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)工(gong)(gong)廠(chang)”重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)專(zhuan)項將(jiang)針對我國網絡(luo)(luo)(luo)協同制(zhi)造(zao)和(he)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)工(gong)(gong)廠(chang)發(fa)展模式創新(xin)(xin)不足(zu)、核心技(ji)(ji)術/軟件(jian)支撐能(neng)(neng)力薄弱等問(wen)題,探(tan)索引領智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)制(zhi)造(zao)發(fa)展的(de)制(zhi)造(zao)與服務(wu)新(xin)(xin)模式,突破網絡(luo)(luo)(luo)協同制(zhi)造(zao)和(he)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)工(gong)(gong)廠(chang)的(de)基礎理(li)論(lun)與關(guan)鍵(jian)(jian)(jian)技(ji)(ji)術,對研(yan)發(fa)網絡(luo)(luo)(luo)協同制(zhi)造(zao)核心軟件(jian)、建立技(ji)(ji)術標準(zhun)、創建智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)工(gong)(gong)廠(chang)網絡(luo)(luo)(luo)協同制(zhi)造(zao)支撐平臺(tai)等方面(mian),具有引領性作(zuo)(zuo)用和(he)意義(yi)。

以(yi)上兩項(xiang)重大(da)研(yan)(yan)(yan)發計劃將分別研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)建立互(hu)聯網(wang)與智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)工廠(chang)控制(zhi)網(wang)絡融合(he)的體系(xi)架(jia)構與復(fu)雜(za)(za)大(da)系(xi)統理(li)論,研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)基(ji)于在線(xian)學(xue)習/優(you)(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)的動態生產多目標-多任務實時優(you)(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)運(yun)行與協同控制(zhi)一(yi)體化(hua)(hua)(hua)技(ji)術(shu),搭建智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)工廠(chang)實時運(yun)行優(you)(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)平臺。我(wo)(wo)校(xiao)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)科學(xue)與工程(cheng)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)院(yuan)盧山(shan)、徐趙文、闕(que)昊懿等(deng)老(lao)師長(chang)期從事(shi)網(wang)絡化(hua)(hua)(hua)控制(zhi)、復(fu)雜(za)(za)大(da)系(xi)統建模與優(you)(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)、信息物(wu)理(li)系(xi)統等(deng)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu),并(bing)是國(guo)際標準化(hua)(hua)(hua)組織(zhi)自動化(hua)(hua)(hua)系(xi)統與集成技(ji)術(shu)委員會成員,參與了我(wo)(wo)國(guo)“信息化(hua)(hua)(hua)與工業(ye)化(hua)(hua)(hua)融合(he)”評估國(guo)際標準的起草制(zhi)定。研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)團隊相(xiang)關(guan)成果以(yi)深(shen)職院(yuan)為第一(yi)單位錄用(yong)發表在IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, Journal of Cleaner Production,IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control等(deng)國(guo)際頂級期刊。依托智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)科學(xue)與工程(cheng)研(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)院(yuan)的優(you)(you)勢資源,以(yi)及科研(yan)(yan)(yan)處、機(ji)電(dian)工程(cheng)學(xue)院(yuan)、電(dian)信學(xue)院(yuan)等(deng)部門(men)的大(da)力支持,課(ke)題團隊將全力開展該(gai)重大(da)科技(ji)項(xiang)目的各項(xiang)研(yan)(yan)(yan)發任務,進一(yi)步提(ti)升我(wo)(wo)校(xiao)在智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)制(zhi)造和工業(ye)互(hu)聯網(wang)領(ling)域(yu)的研(yan)(yan)(yan)發能(neng)力和影響力。
