4月13日至14日,教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)部(bu)(bu)職(zhi)(zhi)業院校(xiao)(xiao)文(wen)化(hua)素(su)(su)質教(jiao)(jiao)指委(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)文(wen)化(hua)傳承與創新專委(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)會(hui)、文(wen)化(hua)素(su)(su)質教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)研(yan)究專委(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)會(hui)工作會(hui)議分別在東莞(guan)機電工程學校(xiao)(xiao)、順德(de)職(zhi)(zhi)業技術學院召開(kai)。教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)部(bu)(bu)職(zhi)(zhi)業院校(xiao)(xiao)文(wen)化(hua)素(su)(su)質教(jiao)(jiao)指委(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)主(zhu)任委(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)員(yuan)、我校(xiao)(xiao)黨(dang)委(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)書記陳秋明,教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)部(bu)(bu)職(zhi)(zhi)業院校(xiao)(xiao)文(wen)化(hua)素(su)(su)質教(jiao)(jiao)指委(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)秘書長(chang)(chang)、我校(xiao)(xiao)黨(dang)委(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)宣傳部(bu)(bu)(文(wen)化(hua)育(yu)人(ren)辦(ban)公室)部(bu)(bu)長(chang)(chang)譚屬春,文(wen)化(hua)傳承與創新專委(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)會(hui)、文(wen)化(hua)素(su)(su)質教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)研(yan)究專委(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)會(hui)主(zhu)任委(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)員(yuan)、副(fu)主(zhu)任委(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)員(yuan)等(deng)領(ling)導及委(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)員(yuan)出席(xi)會(hui)議。
會(hui)議期間(jian),會(hui)議承(cheng)辦單位領導分(fen)別致辭,譚(tan)屬春宣讀(du)了教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)部(bu)職(zhi)(zhi)成司(si)《關于教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)部(bu)職(zhi)(zhi)業院校教(jiao)(jiao)學(教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu))指導委員(yuan)會(hui)(2017-2020年)分(fen)委員(yuan)會(hui)設置的批復(教(jiao)(jiao)職(zhi)(zhi)成司(si)函(han)[2018]40號)》,各專委會(hui)領導部(bu)署了2018年工(gong)作計劃。
陳秋明在會上發表講話。他代表教指(zhi)委(wei)向專(zhuan)委(wei)會的召(zhao)開表示熱烈祝賀,傳達了(le)全國(guo)行業(ye)職業(ye)教育教學指(zhi)導委(wei)員會工作會議精神,并結合專(zhuan)委(wei)會的實際情況提出了(le)工作要(yao)求。
陳秋明介紹了(le)全(quan)國行(xing)業(ye)職(zhi)業(ye)教育(yu)教學指(zhi)導委(wei)員(yuan)會(hui)工(gong)作會(hui)議的有(you)關情況,并重(zhong)點傳達(da)了(le)教育(yu)部職(zhi)業(ye)與(yu)成人教育(yu)司(si)謝俐副司(si)長的講(jiang)話精(jing)神(shen)。他帶(dai)領(ling)全(quan)體(ti)與(yu)會(hui)委(wei)員(yuan)原原本本學習了(le)謝俐副司(si)長講(jiang)話中關于行(xing)指(zhi)委(wei)工(gong)作存在的四個(ge)方面(mian)問題的內容,并要(yao)求(qiu)專(zhuan)委(wei)會(hui)認真(zhen)對照,查擺(bai)各自的問題和不(bu)足,做好改(gai)正和創新。
陳秋明(ming)對(dui)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)委(wei)(wei)(wei)會(hui)(hui)(hui)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)提出(chu)了(le)要(yao)求:一是(shi)(shi)學習(xi)講(jiang)話(hua)精(jing)(jing)神,抓好貫徹落實(shi)。他(ta)(ta)(ta)要(yao)求專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)委(wei)(wei)(wei)會(hui)(hui)(hui)要(yao)認(ren)真學習(xi)貫徹謝俐副司長講(jiang)話(hua)精(jing)(jing)神,以(yi)講(jiang)話(hua)精(jing)(jing)神為(wei)指(zhi)(zhi)導(dao)(dao),推(tui)進(jin)教(jiao)指(zhi)(zhi)委(wei)(wei)(wei)和專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)委(wei)(wei)(wei)會(hui)(hui)(hui)今年的(de)(de)(de)各項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。二是(shi)(shi)準確(que)把握定位,規(gui)范履(lv)職(zhi)(zhi)盡責。他(ta)(ta)(ta)強(qiang)調專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)委(wei)(wei)(wei)會(hui)(hui)(hui)要(yao)嚴(yan)格按照教(jiao)育部職(zhi)(zhi)成司關于教(jiao)指(zhi)(zhi)委(wei)(wei)(wei)分(fen)委(wei)(wei)(wei)會(hui)(hui)(hui)設置的(de)(de)(de)批復中明(ming)確(que)的(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)委(wei)(wei)(wei)會(hui)(hui)(hui)職(zhi)(zhi)能定位開展工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),絕不越界(jie)。三是(shi)(shi)突出(chu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)重點,推(tui)進(jin)計(ji)劃(hua)落實(shi)。他(ta)(ta)(ta)強(qiang)調,教(jiao)指(zhi)(zhi)委(wei)(wei)(wei)2018年工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)計(ji)劃(hua)已通(tong)(tong)過(guo)職(zhi)(zhi)成司審定,專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)委(wei)(wei)(wei)會(hui)(hui)(hui)要(yao)盡快部署(shu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)計(ji)劃(hua),制定工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)進(jin)度(du)(du)安排(pai),統一報送秘書處匯總(zong)(zong),作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)年終總(zong)(zong)結的(de)(de)(de)依據;要(yao)突出(chu)重點,著重加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)調查研究(jiu),形成研究(jiu)報告,提出(chu)關于加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)政策建(jian)議(yi),挖掘并推(tui)廣好經驗、好做法,加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)交流與(yu)指(zhi)(zhi)導(dao)(dao)。四是(shi)(shi)積極主(zhu)動作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為(wei),充分(fen)發(fa)揮作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)。他(ta)(ta)(ta)強(qiang)調,專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)委(wei)(wei)(wei)會(hui)(hui)(hui)委(wei)(wei)(wei)員(yuan)是(shi)(shi)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)激烈競爭產生的(de)(de)(de),既是(shi)(shi)學校(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)代表,也是(shi)(shi)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)家,希(xi)望委(wei)(wei)(wei)員(yuan)們能夠珍惜這一平臺(tai),積極主(zhu)動作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為(wei),共同(tong)推(tui)動專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)委(wei)(wei)(wei)會(hui)(hui)(hui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。同(tong)時,專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)委(wei)(wei)(wei)會(hui)(hui)(hui)對(dui)委(wei)(wei)(wei)員(yuan)也要(yao)嚴(yan)格要(yao)求,建(jian)立動態調整機制。五(wu)是(shi)(shi)加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)自身建(jian)設,促進(jin)規(gui)范管理。要(yao)根據教(jiao)指(zhi)(zhi)委(wei)(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)(de)有關制度(du)(du),結合專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)委(wei)(wei)(wei)會(hui)(hui)(hui)實(shi)際,不斷健全制度(du)(du),確(que)保(bao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)規(gui)范有序。最(zui)后,陳秋明(ming)指(zhi)(zhi)出(chu),專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)委(wei)(wei)(wei)會(hui)(hui)(hui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)非常重要(yao),任務也很艱巨,希(xi)望專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)委(wei)(wei)(wei)會(hui)(hui)(hui)委(wei)(wei)(wei)員(yuan)以(yi)高度(du)(du)的(de)(de)(de)責任感(gan)和使命感(gan)投入工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),在專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)委(wei)(wei)(wei)會(hui)(hui)(hui)的(de)(de)(de)領導(dao)(dao)下,落實(shi)好各項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)任務,為(wei)推(tui)動教(jiao)指(zhi)(zhi)委(wei)(wei)(wei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)做出(chu)貢獻。

會議期(qi)間,陳秋明為中華(hua)優秀傳統文(wen)化研究與(yu)傳播(bo)中心(xin)(xin)、紅色(se)文(wen)化研究與(yu)傳播(bo)中心(xin)(xin)和(he)社會主(zhu)義先進文(wen)化研究與(yu)傳播(bo)中心(xin)(xin)授牌,無(wu)錫(xi)商業職(zhi)業技(ji)術學院(yuan)、吉安職(zhi)業技(ji)術學院(yuan)和(he)我校分別(bie)作(zuo)為三個中心(xin)(xin)的牽(qian)頭單位接受授牌。各專(zhuan)委會還舉行了專(zhuan)家報告、工作(zuo)研討、校園(yuan)參(can)觀和(he)企(qi)業考察(cha)等活(huo)動。
