  6月29日上(shang)午(wu),我校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)2017年輔(fu)導(dao)(dao)員(yuan)風(feng)采展暨名輔(fu)導(dao)(dao)員(yuan)工作(zuo)室(shi)授(shou)牌儀式(shi)在留仙洞校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)區德業(ye)樓一樓大廳舉(ju)行。校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)黨委(wei)書記陳秋明(ming),校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)長賈興東,黨委(wei)副書記楊(yang)平,副校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)長董朝(chao)君出席(xi)儀式(shi)。學生(sheng)(sheng)工作(zuo)部(bu)(處)相關領導(dao)(dao)以及全(quan)體輔(fu)導(dao)(dao)員(yuan)參加了儀式(shi),儀式(shi)由學生(sheng)(sheng)工作(zuo)部(bu)部(bu)長嚴薇主(zhu)持。

  賈興東在儀式上講(jiang)話(hua),他說,輔(fu)導(dao)員是幫(bang)助大學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)健康成(cheng)長的人(ren)生(sheng)(sheng)導(dao)師(shi)和(he)(he)知心朋友,也是學(xue)校寶貴的人(ren)才(cai)資源,學(xue)校歷來高(gao)度(du)重視(shi)輔(fu)導(dao)員隊伍(wu)建設,實施“名(ming)輔(fu)導(dao)員工(gong)作室計劃”、積極開(kai)展(zhan)輔(fu)導(dao)員全(quan)國交流、推動(dong)(dong)輔(fu)導(dao)員在職攻讀思想(xiang)政(zheng)治教育專業(ye)(ye)博(bo)士(shi)學(xue)位(wei)、開(kai)展(zhan)輔(fu)導(dao)員校內外培訓(xun)。今后(hou),學(xue)校將繼續為輔(fu)導(dao)員干事創業(ye)(ye)提供更多更好(hao)的平臺。他希望,輔(fu)導(dao)員要立足(zu)更高(gao)平臺,將學(xue)科背景、專業(ye)(ye)特點與學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)作有(you)(you)機(ji)結(jie)合,不斷開(kai)拓思路,創新思政(zheng)工(gong)作,形成(cheng)個人(ren)風格和(he)(he)有(you)(you)效經驗,推動(dong)(dong)提升隊伍(wu)的整體活(huo)力,再創佳(jia)績。

  隨后,校(xiao)領導向我校(xiao)名輔(fu)導員工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)室(shi)“孫世鑫工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)室(shi)”、“吳(wu)慧明工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)室(shi)”、“倪(ni)林英工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)室(shi)”進行了授牌(pai)。

  陳秋明發(fa)表重(zhong)要講話,他首先強(qiang)調輔導(dao)員(yuan)風采展(zhan)暨(ji)名輔導(dao)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)室成(cheng)立(li)是我(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)認真落實全(quan)國高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)思(si)想(xiang)政治(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)會議精神(shen)的(de)(de)重(zhong)要舉措。高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)思(si)想(xiang)政治(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)關(guan)系高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)培養什(shen)么樣的(de)(de)人、如(ru)何(he)培養人以及為誰培養人這個(ge)根本(ben)問(wen)題(ti)。要堅(jian)持把立(li)德(de)樹人作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為中心環(huan)節,實現全(quan)程育(yu)(yu)人、全(quan)方位育(yu)(yu)人,努力(li)(li)(li)開(kai)創(chuang)我(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)思(si)想(xiang)政治(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)新(xin)局面。其次,要建設好(hao)名輔導(dao)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)室,緊密結合學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)成(cheng)長成(cheng)才的(de)(de)需要,圍繞思(si)想(xiang)政治(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中的(de)(de)重(zhong)點(dian)難點(dian)問(wen)題(ti),充分利用團(tuan)隊(dui)力(li)(li)(li)量(liang),開(kai)展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)術研究(jiu)和(he)(he)實踐探索,同(tong)時要發(fa)揮工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)室示(shi)范引領作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用,努力(li)(li)(li)打造(zao)專業化、專家化的(de)(de)輔導(dao)員(yuan)隊(dui)伍,整體提(ti)升我(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)輔導(dao)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)層次和(he)(he)水平。第三,我(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)輔導(dao)員(yuan)隊(dui)伍一(yi)直是學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)改革創(chuang)新(xin)的(de)(de)重(zhong)要力(li)(li)(li)量(liang),為學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)發(fa)展(zhan)做(zuo)出貢獻、為學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)發(fa)展(zhan)爭取榮譽。他表示(shi),學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)會一(yi)如(ru)既(ji)往地關(guan)注、關(guan)心輔導(dao)員(yuan)隊(dui)伍,為大(da)家創(chuang)造(zao)一(yi)個(ge)好(hao)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)環(huan)境和(he)(he)生(sheng)活環(huan)境,希望輔導(dao)員(yuan)老師潛心研究(jiu),扎(zha)實工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),為學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)發(fa)展(zhan)做(zuo)出更大(da)的(de)(de)貢獻。

  最后,四位校(xiao)領(ling)導(dao)共(gong)同為2017年輔導(dao)員風采(cai)展揭幕。儀式后,校(xiao)領(ling)導(dao)與全體(ti)輔導(dao)員進行了(le)合影留(liu)念。

  我校目前有輔導員(yuan)(yuan)102人(ren),其中3人(ren)獲(huo)評副(fu)教授(shou),1人(ren)在(zai)職攻讀(du)輔導員(yuan)(yuan)專項計劃博士,先后有11名(ming)(ming)輔導員(yuan)(yuan)獲(huo)得(de)廣(guang)東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)輔導員(yuan)(yuan)職業能力大(da)賽二(er)、三等(deng)獎(jiang),2名(ming)(ming)輔導員(yuan)(yuan)獲(huo)得(de)廣(guang)東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)輔導員(yuan)(yuan)年度人(ren)物,5名(ming)(ming)輔導員(yuan)(yuan)獲(huo)得(de)廣(guang)東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)輔導員(yuan)(yuan)年度人(ren)物提名(ming)(ming)獎(jiang)或入圍(wei)獎(jiang),2名(ming)(ming)輔導員(yuan)(yuan)獲(huo)得(de)廣(guang)東(dong)(dong)省(sheng)學生(sheng)工(gong)作先進個人(ren)。
